Exercising during pregnancy has huge benefits for you and baby, but understandably it can feel daunting if you’re unsure of what is safe. I’m here to support you throughout this journey. During prenatal personal training sessions, we will concentrate on exercises to maintain strength and fitness levels, with a particular focus on posture, core and pelvic floor strength to better prepare your body for birth and the postnatal period.
Postnatal personal training has a particular focus on posture, core and pelvic floor strength to better prepare your body for birth and the postnatal period. Exercising postnatally will focus on healing, rebuilding strength and supporting emotional wellbeing. You can bring baby along to these sessions.
