Twickenham 1-1 fitness training

1:1 or 1:2 Personal Training

Starting with a consultation to discuss your lifestyle and current exercise, likes/dislikes, we then set short-term and long-term goals to motivate and measure progress.

Dependent on the goal, each personal training session will be tailored to the individual, and will incorporate strength training and conditioning, mobility and cardio exercises focusing on correct form, technique and progressive overload to increase strength and fitness levels.

I will provide nutrition and lifestyle support, and accountability to ensure these goals are achieved within the timescale set in the consultation.

All fitness sessions are run from Katies home studio in Twickenham.

Twickenham group fitness training

Small group training

Combining strength and metabolic conditioning using a range of specially chosen equipment, these high energy sessions are inclusive of all abilities.

Small group training sessions have a maximum of four people to ensure personalised attention but still have the social and motivational benefits of exercising in a group environment.

Tuesday 10-11am, and 11am-12pm 

Wednesday 7:45-8:45pm

Bootcamp

Outdoor bootcamp in Twickenham - come rain or shine, no two bootcamp sessions are ever the same! These will push you to your limit; increasing cardiovascular fitness, endurance and strength.

Expect high intensity workouts, teamwork and competition in a fun, supportive community.

Online training

Life is busy!! Time constraints often mean that unfortunately exercise doesn’t take precedent. I offer online personal training so you can work out in the comfort of your own home with a structured session, guidance and motivation that you wouldn’t get on your own.

Each session is half an hour of high intensity training to give you the maximum calorie burn in a shorter period of time.
