I’m Katie – a personal trainer, mum of three beautiful children and fitness enthusiast!
Having worked for many years as a primary school teacher, I followed my passion for fitness and qualified as a personal trainer in 2018. I love training, and want to show you how much stronger you can feel, both physically and mentally, when you incorporate movement and good nutrition into a healthy lifestyle. I pride myself in setting realistic goals with my clients, and providing motivation and accountability to achieve these.
Being a busy working mum, I know the daily challenges and time constraints that so many of us face; but I believe that you’ll see better results if you focus on the quality of your training rather than quantity of sessions. Finding a happy balance in training, nutrition and family life is key to success.
During my first pregnancy I knew it was beneficial to keep active, however I felt very uncomfortable to push myself as I had little knowledge of what was safe. Having gained my ‘Pre and Postnatal Exercise and Nutrition’ qualification, I now support women through pregnancy and postnatally so they can reap the benefits of exercise and good nutrition to support pregnancy, labour and postnatal recovery.
Home Studio
All sessions can be delivered from my home studio in Twickenham.
Offering one-to-one and small group training sessions. It’s a friendly, fully equipped space where you can train in comfort and confidence. Ideal whether you're just starting out or working towards specific fitness goals with tailored support.

Katie’s PT sessions are just fabulous! I haven’t felt as fit in a long time. It’s fun, it’s challenging and I can see results in my overall fitness! I can also highly recommend her group sessions. Thank you, Katie, for being such a fantastic coach!
