Good nutrition should form part of a healthy, balanced lifestyle, and this is why Iām a firm believer in making realistic changes to your current diet, and adding in higher quality, nutrient dense foods. Supporting your body with the nutrients it needs will enable you to lose weight (for good), support gut health and mental wellbeing, providing you with the energy you need to support your training.
